Terms of Service

These terms apply to website projects provided by Woodl, run by Ostap Bodnar ("I", "me"). By approving a preview and paying the first invoice, you agree to them.

Free preview

The preview is a first version of your homepage that I make at no cost. If you decide not to continue, you owe nothing, and the preview is not published.

Plans and payment

Prices are fixed and listed on the main page. You pay 50% after you approve the preview and 50% on launch day, by card or bank transfer through an invoice.

Timeline and revisions

The launch timeline (5, 7 or 15 days, depending on the plan) starts once I receive the first payment and any materials you want to include. Each plan includes two rounds of revisions. Extra changes or new pages are quoted before any work starts.

Ownership

After the final payment, the website and its files belong to you, and the domain is registered in your name. I may show the project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use any texts, photos, logos and reviews you provide.

Care plan

The Care plan costs $50 per month and covers hosting, small text and photo updates, backups and fixes. It is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid month.

Limitation of liability

I build and maintain websites with care, but I do not guarantee a specific number of leads, rankings or sales. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
