This policy explains what information Woodl (run by Ostap Bodnar) collects through this website and how it is used.

What I collect

When you fill in the free preview form, I collect your name, business name, email and/or phone number, the website or Google Maps link you share, and the plan you selected. If you message me on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, I receive the details you send there.

How I use it

• To prepare your free website preview and send it to you.
• To reply to your questions and discuss a project.
• To send invoices and project updates if you become a client.

I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Services I use

Form submissions are processed by Google (Google Apps Script and Gmail) and delivered to me as an email and a private Telegram message. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Messages you send me directly are handled by WhatsApp, Telegram or your email provider. Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy. This website does not use advertising cookies.

How long I keep it

I keep lead information for up to 12 months, and client records for as long as needed for the project and for tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information I have about you. Email contact@woodl-site.com or reply to any message from me.

Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
